A — On a lighter note today is Earth day! Nice 52-year-old tradition to celebrate environmental progress. So here’s a list of some cool crypto projects trying to make the world a greener space to wrap up!
1. Toucan Protokol — its infrastructure brings programmable carbon to Web3, unlocking its potential for a regenerative economy
2. Coinbase’s philanthropic climate program, which recently awarded a $500,000 ecosystem grant to Toucan Protocol to build their carbon markets infrastructure.
3. Climate Chain Coalition and Crypto Climate Accord have made considerable advances in encouraging collaboration and enacting environmental pledges within the crypto space.
4. REDD+, Pachama has established a number of restorative ecosystem projects such as the Colombian coastal deforestation-prevention scheme titled Bajo Calima y Bahía Málaga
